Additionally, we engage in energy supply, encompassing renewable energy generation, electric vehicle leasing, smart meter installations, electric vehicle chargers, and other renewable energy technologies.

ecogreenwave Limited and all its subsidiaries, whether in the US or worldwide, are covered by this statement. We ensure that our subsidiaries take necessary steps to prevent modern slavery or human trafficking within their supply chains or operations, especially in higher-risk environments, and may require them to produce their own modern slavery statement as appropriate.

Our onboarding process clearly communicates our business and personal principles, and we include contractual provisions when necessary to ensure our suppliers share the responsibility of minimizing the risk of slavery and human trafficking.
In our current product portfolio, we believe the risk of encountering modern slavery or trafficking within our operations or our suppliers is minimal. The services and goods we receive are primarily related to the energy industry or office environment, and we have established robust processes to identify and address any potential risks.
Even with this low-risk profile, we do not tolerate unethical behavior related to slavery or human trafficking by our suppliers and take swift and effective actions to mitigate potential risks.
Training
We provide our personnel with training on various compliance matters, and our stance on addressing modern slavery and human trafficking risks is communicated to our staff. In higher-risk areas of our group, we include modern slavery awareness in annual compliance training. Ensuring that every member of our organization, regardless of their role, is aware of our compliance requirements and risk reduction strategies is a priority for us.
